New Mexico Native Youth Soccer Camps
We are pleased to invite your community to participate in the 8th year of Soccer Camps offered by Southwest Youth Services!
Since 2004, we have had the privilege of leading soccer camps in partnership with Native American
communities in New Mexico, and have shared the world’s beautiful game of soccer
with over 3,000 children and youth
in Native communities in New Mexico and the Rocky Mountain region.
In SYS Soccer Camps, your children and youth will learn to:
- enjoy soccer within a safe and positive learning environment
- develop skills and tactics playing youth-centered soccer learning games
- participate in a developmentally-appropiate environment
- gain valuable team-building and sharing skills
- learn nutrition and wellness information
- diabetes prevention
- substance abuse prevention
SYS Staff:
SYS Soccer coaching staff are professionally trained, certified in Advanced First Aid and CPR, and is certified by the National Soccer Coaches Association of America. SYS staff are friendly, responsible, and focused on creating the most positivie learning experience for your children and youth. SYS staff will ensure fun, safety and positive learning for your children and youth.
Costs/Registration Fees:
A five-day camp costs $2,000 for a total of five, two-hour camp sessions.
Or individual camps can be achieved at a cost of $500 per two-hour session.
For camps held more than 100 miles out of Albuquerque, NM, additional transportation/room/board costs will apply.
Venue: SYS Soccer Camps may be hosted at any safe venue, including:
- soccer fields, football fields, gymnasiums, recreation complexes or fields, baseball or softball fields.
